Under Presidential Decree 339/1996, under “Directive 90/314/EEC”

Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions before you subscribe to one of our package holidays.


Participation in any of our package requires a careful study of the program means the unconditional acceptance of the General Conditions of Participation, according to PD 339/1996. We also note that in the General Terms and Conditions there are general information rights and obligations of the two parties, whereas for concrete and specific information (destinations, prices, days and times of departure / return, transportation, lodging, visits, etc.) for each package separately, you should consult your valid form of program office and our pricelist.


1) Host – Tourist Office

The company with the name “IAKOVOS & IOANNIS BOUCHORIS OE” by the title of «INTERLAND Travel», based in Athens, Apollonos 1 with NTO No. 0206E61000280301 hereinafter called “tourist office” is a member of the Association of tourist and Travel Agencies in Greece, an organizer of trips, either alone or in joint venture partnership with other travel agencies, and operates as an intermediary between hotels, other tourist agencies and means of transport, with the ultimate purpose of selling travel packages to the travelers.


2) In general

The information, data and recommendations contained in the General Terms and Conditions are checked at the time of writing this text for validity and accuracy, they are general and apply if not stated otherwise in the program of each trip. The printed programs and / or displayed on the website of the company, including the current list every time, are valid for the period stated therein. The information and data programs may change due to frequent changes and temporary conditions worldwide and particularly in the transport and international relations. In this case you will be notified in the most convenient manner.


3) Registrations

Registrations can me made at our offices or at the offices of our partners, by correspondence, fax, phone, or through the Internet, with the condition to commit: 1st payment of prescribed deposit or full amount, by cash or by wire transfer, or with a credit card and 2nd unreserved acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Participation. For valid registration there should be indicated on the receipt of the advance payment the voyage with dates of departure and return and any other distinguishing information. You reserve the right to participate to the trip if you ensure the payment of the total value at least ten (10) days prior to departure. Any non-payment of the total cost of the trip on time entitles the tourist office to cancel the reservation and possibly require charge according to the cancellation terms set herein. The contractor, who represents the family or group, has an obligation to inform them all for the terms and conditions of the travel. Participants have the same obligations as the representative who booked the trip, and the agency shall make available all relevant information, whenever requested.


4) Prices agent – charges etc.

The value of travel refers to the applicable form and / or on the website of the company. Prices are calculated on the day that issue the price list / form and are based on the cost of services of each trip, applicable fares / surcharges, taxes etc. costs, foreign exchange rates relative to the Euro, and any other cost factor. The office, after having exhausted every possibility of forecasting, reserves the right to adjust prices when the cost factors change. The price of travel can be changed up to 20 (twenty) days before the date of the departure, due to unforeseen increases in freight rates, exchange rates, etc. In the case of fuel price increase significantly (more than 10% of the trip), the traveler can cancel the entry and retrieve the money paid.

Also, the tourist office has the right – for a certain period of time or for a limited number of positions – to have sold positions in favorable prices, with special conditions cancellation. Children’s rates vary by event, by offering free accommodation, free food, hotels and ships, until a small discount (for ages 2-12 years and only when two paying adults in the same room / cabin). 5) Obligations – responsibilities of the tourist office

The tourist office has the obligation to coordinate and execute in the best possible way the trips. Reasonable complaints during the trip, must be reported immediately and on the spot such person (or, failing that, to our office), and the provider of this service in writing. If the problem noted could not be solved on the spot, after returning from the trip, you must submit in writing to the office of any such complaint within 7 working days, along with any documents or evidence you have for its justification. After 7 days, the agency has no obligation to reply to any request. After the departure of the customer, if any damage due to non-performance or improper performance benefits of travel, compensation is limited to what is set in international conventions binding the country and governing those benefits.


Compensation is based on the non-performance or improper performance of the services of travel is limited to twice the value of the per person price of the trip. 6) Responsibilities of the traveler

7) Hotels, ships and other transportation

8) Passports, visa & health formalities

9) Insurance

The office has an insurance policy for professional indemnity for any excursion organized for potential liability to clients arising from the failure or improper performance of the package. 10) Luggages

11) Cancellations

e) For cruises there are other cancellation conditions, in accordance with the contract terms, each company apply for each trip-cruise


f) For personal, individual trips and travel clubs, schools, companies and incentives there are different cancellation conditions, in accordance with the terms of each airline and policy issues cancellations every hotel, valid for specific trips. Charges are made regardless of the recording time or whether they have paid the respective amounts of travellers. 12) Settlement of disputes

The tourist office and the traveller are bound to resolve in good faith any dispute arising during the execution of the contract package. In case of failure of those efforts, the Parties undertake to contact the Dispute Resolution Committee of Friends of HATTA and request mediation. If settlement is not possible, the Courts of Athens is responsible for further dispute.
